To be a successful HR Business Partner, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and can remain calm under pressure. You will have previous experience within a HR Business Partner position and you will be comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level. It’s key that you possess the ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders across the business, have excellent time management skills and are able to work on your own initiative.
