Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for HR Strategy and daily operational HR issues, spending approximately 80% of your time on generalist HR issues, and 20% training and working closely with line managers.
HR Manager Responsibilities
As the HR Manager some of your duties will include:
- Designing and implementing HR strategy
- Reviewing, developing and implementing HR processes
- Supporting and coaching managers
- Managing casework
- Producing and delivering training
- Managing recruitment
HR Manager Experience
A true HR generalist, as the HR Manager you will have previous standalone HR experience and hold a CIPD qualification. The HR Manager will ideally have experience within a small/medium enterprise and therefore will be adaptable to change. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator, with the ability to work confidentiality with a range of staff members at different levels.
