This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our client based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and their small and dedicated HR team. This is a wide-ranging, varied role in which you will be responsible for all HR generalist duties and oversee the talent management process and pipeline.

HR Manager Responsibilities

Day to duties will include:


  • Responsible for the on boarding of new employees
  • Employee Relations
  • Delivering in-house training
  • Implementing and updating policies and procedures
  • Ensuring employment law is adhered and kept up to date
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities
  • All recruitment activities and talent management

HR Manager Experience

To be a successful HR Manager you will:

  • Ideally be CIPD qualified
  • Have solid HR Management or Recruitment experience
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Be proactive and an advocator of best practice from the start

Please note the working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility.
