HR Manager Responsibilities

- Implementation of HR Strategy with SMT
- Provision of recruitment support across the organisation
- Compliance and management of the Annual company audit
- Employee relations
- HR Reporting
- HR Project work
HR Manager Experience
Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced HR professional. You will have experience in a similar role, working within the construction industry.
The role is diverse and reports directly into the Founder/Director. It has a great deal of autonomy and responsibility coupled with excellent team support. There is also the opportunity to develop in this role and grow within the company over time.
