HR Manager Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation that also has offices in East London as well as various construction sites across London.  Some local travel to other sites is expected.  You will be joining the team at an exciting time where there will be opportunity for growth, learning and development in the role. You will be provided with training but will need to hit the ground running. This is a role where you will benefit from responsibility and autonomy.   • Implementation of HR Strategy with SMT
  • Provision of recruitment support across the organisation
  • Compliance and management of the Annual company audit
  • Employee relations
  • HR Reporting
  • HR Project work

HR Manager Experience

Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced HR professional. You will have experience in a similar role, working within the construction industry. 

 

The role is diverse and reports directly into the Founder/Director.  It has a great deal of autonomy and responsibility coupled with excellent team support. There is also the opportunity to develop in this role and grow within the company over time.
