Covering a period of maternity leave as the HR Manager your role will cover all generalist aspects of HR including day to day HR operations. HR Manager Responsibilities
As the HR Manager some of your duties will include:
- Managing day to day HR operations
- Maintaining the HR database
- Managing employee benefits
- Producing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Leading on recruitment and organisational change
- Supporting and training line managers
HR Manager Experience
The HR Manager will have previous generalist HR experience, with experience working in an SME environment. As the HR Manager you will preferably have experience in a standalone position in a hands-on and autonomous role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering HR projects and organisational change, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
