We have recently registered a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a reputable organisation on a 9-month fixed term contract. Supporting managers and staff, as the HR Manager you will manage the HR function at this organisation, including implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and leading on casework.

HR Manager Responsibilities
As the HR Manager some of your duties will include:
- Providing HR Support to managers and staff
- Overseeing the end to end recruitment process
- Implementing HR policies and processes
- Providing support and advice on casework
- Managing disciplinaries
- Maintaining HR Records
HR Manager Experience
The HR Manager will be an experienced HR Generalist, with previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified and will have a strong knowledge of current employment law and best practice. As the HR Manager you will be confidential and professional in your approach, in order to deal with sensitive casework.
