HR Officer (6-month FTC)
Are you an experienced HR administrator looking for your next exciting opportunity within a global consultancy? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a fixed-term period of up to 6 months which has the possibility to become permanent as a HR Officer Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with a team of Recruitment and HR specialists, you will take responsibility for the full HR employee administration Lifecyle whilst getting involved with exciting employee engagement projects!
HR Officer (6-month FTC) Responsibilities
As the HR Officer some of your duties will include:
- Responding and monitoring employee HR queries
- Managing and updating the internal HR system
- Minuting HR meetings
- Managing the onboarding process and new starters
- Organising and conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates
- Supporting the HR Manager with employee engagement initiatives
HR Officer (6-month FTC) Experience
The HR Officer will likely be an experienced HR professional, ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above. As the HR Officer you will have an understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR Administration. To be successful in this role the HR Officer will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
