HR/ Payroll Assistant (18 months FTC)

We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to assist our vibrant and innovative client with HR and Payroll for a fixed period of 18 months. You will be joining a busy and hardworking HR team where you will be responsible for managing the monthly in-house payroll process and you will be supporting and dealing with HR related day to day activities.

HR/ Payroll Assistant Responsibilities

  • Payroll management, including dealing with queries, amending data on the ADP system and reporting
  • Working with the HRM to improve payroll processes
  • Administer the staffing benefits process
  • Coordinating of the expatriate assignment process
  • Providing support and advice on HR policies and procedures
  • General administrative duties

HR/ Payroll Assistant Experience

To be successful in this role, you will:


  • Have previous HR and payroll experience, it would be desirable if you also have pension administration experience
  • Be knowledgeable with current UK employment legislation
  • Have excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Proactively seek ways of improving and simplifying current processes
