You may be interested in this exciting role we have recently registered for an HR and Recruitment Administrator/ Team Assistant to join a growing global company. Reporting to the Head of Administration you will be responsible for the entire HR administration process, including onboarding, contracts, updating employee records, preparing payroll and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

HR and Recruitment Administrator/ Team Assistant Responsibilities

As the HR and Recruitment Administrator/ Team Assistant some of your main duties will include:

  • Supporting payroll processes
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Updating employee records
  • Monitoring Sickness, Holiday and absences
  • Managing recruitment administration
  • Responding to HR enquiries
  • Aiding in the development, maintenance and application of HR policies

HR and Recruitment Administrator/ Team Assistant Experience

The HR and Recruitment Administrator/ Team Assistant will have brilliant communication skills and have excellent attention to detail. You must have excellent organisational skills and be a strong team player. Additionally, you will ideally have previous experience in administration, ideally either in a dedicated HR team or gained exposure through taking on HR responsibilities.
