As the HR Manager some of your main duties will include:
- Providing HR guidance and support to senior management
- Developing the HR function and recruitment strategy
- Managing talent acquisition
- Producing and implementing HR policies
- Managing casework such as grievances and disciplinaries
- Managing staff’s learning and development
Head of HR/HR Manager Experience
The HR Manager will be a senior HR professional, with experience in a high growth organisation or SME. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Talent Acquisition and implementing policies, in addition to generalist HR at both an operational and strategic level. This is a standalone role; therefore, you will have to be prepared to get stuck into all aspects of HR. As the HR Manager the ability to communicate effectively will be key, in order to train line managers.
