PT HR Manager (3 days per week)
Are you an experienced strategic HR generalist looking for your next exciting role? If so, you may be interested in this very exciting hands-on, varied position which will allow you to really get stuck in in both the strategic and operational sides of HR. As the standalone HR Manager you will work on a part-time, permanent basis and will report directly to the senior stakeholders in this global, complex organisation.
PT HR Manager (3 days per week) Responsibilities
As the HR Manager some of your duties will include:
- Managing and owning the HR Strategy
- Collaborating with the senior management team
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing employees career development
- Addressing employee issues and managing casework
- Supporting and maintaining consistent practices across the company
PT HR Manager (3 days per week) Experience
The HR Manager will likely be an experience Senior HR professional, having dealt with and reported directly to the Senior Management team. You must be a hands-on, organised individual who isn’t afraid to do the HR admin as this is a standalone role! You will be able to build effective relationships with all levels of stakeholders and have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
