Reward and HRIS Analyst
We have registered a fantastic opportunity for a Reward HRIS Analyst to join one of our biggest and growing clients on a seven-month fixed-term contract. Working with the HR Manager you will deliver comprehensive HRIS and Reward services to employees. As the Reward and HRIS Analyst you will implement a new HRIS system, provide support and expertise advice on the system, payroll and compensation and benefits.
Reward and HRIS Analyst Responsibilities
As the Reward and HRIS Analysis some of your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing a new HRIS system
- Providing support and expertise advise on the HRIS system
- Reviewing the annual pay and bonus process
- Supervising the external payroll provider
- Managing the external benefit provider
Reward and HRIS Analyst Experience
The Reward and HRIS Analyst will have previous reward experience and ideally will have knowledge of preparing payroll, however experienced HR generalists with knowledge of compensation and benefits will also be considered. It is essential that you are a brilliant communicator and that you have excellent organisational skills.
