- Collaborating with unions and employee representative groups
- Managing employee relations through supporting senior staff members
- Supporting the development of annual work plans
Senior HR Business Partner Experience
In order to be successful in this role, the Senior HR Business Partner will have experience working at Senior Business Partner level and previously managed a large team. It is essential that you understand the key specialist areas you will be responsible for, including Reward and Organisational Development. The ability to communicate and negotiate effectively will be key in order to work with several different departments and to deliver HR strategies successfully.
