We have a fantastic client who are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join their small in-house recruitment team based in South Oxfordshire. This exciting, newly created role is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of experienced hires, you will be searching out and selecting hard to find, experienced candidates; assessing and qualifying them, managing interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in order to ensure an effective and high-quality candidate pipeline of like-minded, ambitious people. This is a role for someone with drive, tenacity and professional service experience; you will thrive and make a real difference to the growth goals of this expanding organization. It is essential that you are able to build key relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have the motivation to lead the process from start to finish. Adopting a highly flexible and collaborative approach will work well in this position.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with previous experience of niche talent sourcing within a fast-paced, professional service environment. In addition, you will have a proactive, hands on approach and be confident in using your own initiative to take action. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to communicate with all levels both inside the company and externally.
