Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities

Your main duties are likely to include:

  • Maintaining records accurately, confidentially and safely
  • Organising files and updating information
  • Preparing letters and documents
  • Arranging interviews
  • Advertising role vacancies
  • Responding to queries

Temporary HR Administrator Requirements

You will be a dedicated administrator with solid organisational skills and a keen understanding of IT.


Working within a sociable and close-knit team, you will be happy to pitch in with a variety of administrative duties and will encompass an adaptable and positive approach.
