You will be handling all candidate scheduling and providing data to candidates and consultants ensuring they are prepared for interview. Please note that this role is to start immediately and is ongoing for 6 months.

Temporary Scheduler Responsibilities

As the Temporary Scheduler some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling interviews globally
  • Keeping candidates and partners informed of the process
  • Liaising with Accounts regarding candidate reimbursement

Temporary Scheduler Experience

It is essential that you are well organised and have experience in a HR function and of organising meetings. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to a changing environment. This is a great role where you will enjoy taking ownership of your role and be working on several projects at any one time.
