Our client is seeking an exceptional candidate to take on this Senior Talent Acquisition Partner position on a temporary basis. This will be paid on a PAYE basis, through Allen Associates’ payroll. Temporary Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities

This is a hands-on recruitment position, where you will be assisting with an expansion within an expanding and leading company.


You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and the initial screening stage. This position will be managing and overseeing a large number of roles (at all levels) across multiple countries.


Please note, due to internal sensitivities, this role will be paid on a PAYE basis, via the Allen Associates payroll. Sadly, it will not be possible for you to work as a limited contractor, or on a self-employed basis.


Temporary Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Requirements

You will have a significant background in senior-level recruitment, specifically within the pharmaceutical, bio-tech, or healthcare field.


Process driven and able to implement best practices, you will be comfortable with a hands-on operational role.

Holiday pay is offered alongside the competitive hourly rate.


The role is based within modern offices in East Oxford (OX4).
