We have a fantastic opportunity for a tenacious and ambitious Account Executive to take on a brand new and challenging role for a successful start-up. You will be involved in supporting the Account Managers in relationship building, client management and reporting. A client facing role, you will be maintaining the exceptional service standards already in place and assisting with project coordination.
Client Services Executive Responsibilities
As Client Services Executive your key duties will include:
- Supporting the regional accounts and the Account Managers
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Dealing with consultants, managers and other professionals
- Gathering information for reports
Client Services Executive Experience
You will be a dedicated and hardworking candidate looking to learn invaluable skills in your new position. Previous experience as an Account Executive is highly essential, along with strong communicative skills and a customer centric approach. You must be approachable, friendly, and tenacious. The ability to form professional working relationships must be a focus and having experience in healthcare or an interest is crucial.
