Client Relationship Manager

To be successful in this role you will be a highly accomplished communicator, responsible for both maintaining and developing existing relationships with trusted clients - as well as upholding the exceptional service standards already in place throughout the business. With the overarching mission of the company being continued growth and top-quality service, this particular role will focus on the establishment and growth of client relationships by developing a genuine and invested understanding of their individual objectives and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Building relationships with clients and key contacts and initiating and maintaining effective communication

Managing allocated Regional Accounts

Consistent review of Accounts and identifying areas for progress

Analysing, reviewing and surveying Accounts and reporting to clients

Problem solving in conjunction with client to provide the best possible service

Support the set-up of new clients, setting realistic deadlines for launching new projects

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role is absolutely essential to succeed in this position. You will be a dedicated and driven individual looking to hone your relationship management skills and build on your already sound understanding of what drives shareholder relationships forward. The successful applicant will be approachable, friendly, and have the ability to set and meet realistic deadlines. The ability to form professional working relationships will be the basis of your role as well as problem-solving and understanding the range of products available to the client to help their business develop further.

It is vital that you are experienced with Microsoft Office Packages.
