A stand-alone role, supporting the Marketing Director, you will enjoy analysing and interpreting data to provide insight and make recommendations to add value to all aspects of the Marketing strategy to ensure a positive impact on the future growth of the organisation.
Marketing Operations Analyst Responsibilities
As Marketing Operations Analyst, your key duties will include:
- Generating and distributing reports on leads using the inhouse CRM system
- Developing insights to assist with area optimisation
- Maintaining metric reports
- Establishing scalable processes to ensure best campaign practices
- Increasing marketing and conversion rate efficiencies
Marketing Operations Analyst Experience
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and have a sound knowledge of industry tools such as Hubspot and Google Analytics to enable you to manage and enhance the inbound marketing strategy. Highly analytical and detailed focus, the role is ideal for a candidate looking to work autonomously as it is essential you have the confidence to suggest solutions and solve problems. You will be required to be flexible and adaptable due to the startup environment, along with excellent communication skills.
