Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of work across the team
  • Project coordination to time and budget
  • Putting systems and processes in place re site visits, invoices and team schedules
  • Being the main point of contact for team queries
  • General operational duties

Operations Coordinator Experience

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, efficient and proactive. Confident in your own abilities you will enjoy problem solving and finding solutions. Ideally with a background in pharmaceuticals or a science-based qualification, you will be interested in pursuing your career in this industry.

Whether your experience is within project management, operations or office management, you will have excellent communications and enjoy being the main point of contact for team queries.
