Temporary Conference and Events Manager Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Oversee the delivery of all events
- Be the key point of contact for internal and external clients for queries regarding the provision of hospitality and equipment for events
- Process quotes and follow up to point of confirmation and billing.
- Work collaboratively with catering team and events assistant to ensure effective communication for smooth operation of events.
Temporary Conference and Events Manager Experience
You will have experience working within event management, preferably in an academic environment, alternatively you will have a Senior Administrative background. You will be customer focused, have the ability to adapt and work independently or as part of a small team. It’s key to have strong communication and organisational skills and have high attention to detail.
