Temporary Events Administrator
We are looking to recruit a passionate and proactive candidate to take on this Temporary Events Assistant role in South Oxfordshire.
You will be supporting the Events team with a number of administrative and logistical arrangements during a particularly busy period.
Temporary Events Administrator Responsibilities
- Arranging event venues
- Liaising with suppliers
- Dealing with queries
- Updating spreadsheets and trackers
- Keeping a record of costs, and reviewing these against budgets
- General administration when required
Please note, this role is office-based, and you will not be required to work out-of-hours or attend the events yourself!
Temporary Events Administrator Requirements
You will be an experienced Events professional looking to work for a collaborative and efficient firm. Alternatively, entry level candidates with an Events / Hospitality degree (or equivalent) could possibly be considered, although previous admin experience is essential.
A natural problem-solver, you will be solutions focused and happy to assist with any problems that will inevitably arise! A keen eye for detail will allow you to keep an accurate record of Event progress. In addition, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills will allow you to build rapport with stakeholders and delegates.
