School Accommodation Manager
One of Oxford’s leading organisations are seeing a School Accommodation Manager to join their close-knit team. You will be responsible for arranging accommodation for students and supporting host families with queries. Part of your role will involve travelling to meet host families and meeting students on arrival.
School Accommodation Manager Responsibilities
As the School Accommodation Manager some of your main duties will include:
- Ensuring the database is up to date and compliant
- Building strong relationships with new and prospective host families
- Matching host families with students
- Managing payments to host families
School Accommodation Manager Experience
It is essential that you have previous experience, and understanding of, the educational system. You must have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work as you will be required to meet the business needs. Being able to build strong working relationships and adhere to strict compliance rules will be vital in this role. You should be able to work well under pressure, be organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
Due to the nature of the position a DBS check will be carried out and you must be able to drive and ideally have access to your own vehicle.
