Working within a collaborative organisation in East Oxford, you will be responsible for all resourcing requirements, assisting with the onboarding of new starters and provide vital support for new projects as they arise.

This role is being offered on a Temporary basis and requires a candidate who is free immediately.

Temporary Project Administrator Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

-       Delivering weekly forecast updates

-       Assisting with the onboarding process for new starters

-       Liaising with relevant team members to discuss recruitment needs

-       Updating internal systems with accurate details of new projects

-       Attending team meetings

-       Booking and arranging travel on an ad-hoc basis for the team

-       General administration when required

Temporary Project Administrator Requirements

To be considered for this role, it’s essential you have previous experience within an Administrative position.

As you will be liaising daily with managers and team members, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

This is a very fast-paced role, so you must be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. You will also be flexible and be able to adapt to prioritise your workload effectively.

You must have excellent IT skills and be a competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel – the ability to use pivot tables and v look ups will be important.

This role is based in East Oxford (OX4). There is plenty of on-site parking available, and the offices can also be reached using public transport from the city centre.
