We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dedicated Administrator to join this charitable organisation on a 12 month FTC. You will be supporting the team with a variety of duties including being the first point of contact for clients and logging applications for funding.

Assistant Administrator Responsibilities
As the Assistant Administrator your main duties will include:
- Advertising the company scheme
- Liaising with clients to clarify requests and explain internal policies
- Preparing documentation for internal meetings.
- Ensuring the grant process is completed
Assistant Administrator Experience
As the Assistant Administrator it is essential that you have previous administration experience and are a strong team player. Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial if you have a Science related degree. Excellent communication and high attention to detail will also be vital in this position. You must be well organised to meet tight deadlines and ideally have a passion for science and imparting knowledge. A working knowledge of MS Office is also key in this position.
