Administrator

We have a great opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a fantastic company in Oxford. You will be supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties and providing contract information in a timely manner.

Administrator Responsibilities

As the Administrator your main duties will include:

  • Managing supplier quotes
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Creating and managing contracts
  • Dealing with queries
  • Liaising with new clients to build relationships

Administrator Experience

You will be a confident communicator at all levels and be well organised in your approach. It is essential that you have previous administrative experience in a busy office environment and can prioritise your workload effectively. Excellent attention to detail will be key in this busy role. It is vital that you have excellent customer service skills.
