We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join this growing sustainable technology company based in Oxford. You will support two senior team members with day-to-day administrative duties such as arranging travel, facilities management and organising events.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities
As the Office Coordinator your main duties will include:
- Handling all office facilities
- Diary management
- Arranging travel for key staff members
- Ensuring company policies and documentation is kept up to date
- Assisting with the organisation of events
Office Coordinator Experience
It is vital that you have previous administrative experience and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be well organised and able to manage changing priorities within a fast-paced environment. You will work well in a team and be able to use your initiative when working autonomously.
