You will deliver a high level of customer support to prospective and current clients both in the UK and across Europe, therefore the ability to speak a European language would be beneficial.
Part-time Customer Support Adviser Responsibilities
As the Part-time Customer Support Adviser you will be responsible for:
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
- Providing a tailored service and product advice
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Supporting an online chat functionality
- Maintaining and updating the client database
- Processing orders
Part-time Customer Support Adviser Experience
It is essential that you have previous customer service experience via both phone and email. Experience of working with MS Office and excellent communication skills are vital. You will be well organised, able to manage your work load effectively and posses the ability to build relationships effectively with stakeholders at all levels. As the Customer Support Adviser you will be able to work to tight deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
