Temporary Operations Resource Coordinator Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Taking minutes and action points in meetings
- Preparing documentation for team meetings
- Logging jobs onto the internal system
- Dispatching engineers
- General administration when required
Temporary Operations Resource Coordinator Requirements
This is a fast-paced and busy role so you will be able to remain calm when under pressure. It is essential that you can work efficiently in a demanding environment without being flustered.
It’s essential you have a background within customer service or administration.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be willing to assist in a proactive manner.
It is essential you have strong IT skills. You will be an intermediate user of Excel and be able to work with complex systems.
