This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, proactive administrator to join this well-established international organisation on a permanent basis. As the Programme Officer you will be responsible for building strong relationships with external stakeholders and internal colleagues whilst supporting the development of online and face to face programmes. You will be the main point of contact for the learning team, help organise events throughout the year and coordinate training courses.
This role is being offered on a 12 month FTC.
Programme Officer Responsibilities
As the Programme Officer your main duties will include:
- Providing support to online development projects
- Leading online initiatives
- Supporting and leading on company events
- Developing strong working relationships with external clients
- Administration on behalf of the wider team
Programme Officer Experience
You will be passionate about professional development with a helpful and flexible attitude. You must be degree educated or equivalent, and have experience in administration, planning and delivering projects to tight deadlines. It is essential that you are confident using multiple IT packages and software systems in addition to multi-tasking as you will manage several projects. An understanding of the higher education system is preferred although is by no means essential.
