Customer Service Advisor
We have a rare opportunity for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join this European based organisation.
Joining a close-knit team, you will be providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients by handling all customer queries. You will also be managing the customer database, ensuring that this is maintained and kept up to date.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your German language skills in a varied and engaging role.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Advisor some of your main duties will include:
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
- Building relationships with customers
- Understanding the needs of the customers to provide bespoke service
- Supporting an online chat function
- Processing orders
Customer Service Advisor Experience
In order to succeed in this role, it is essential that you can speak and write German to business level and are confident using this over phone and email. You will have previous customer service experience and a working knowledge of MS Office. High attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines will be key in this position.
