Temporary Outbound Caller
We have registered a challenging and busy opportunity with a renowned organisation in Oxfordshire.
This role involves extensive phone communication, so you must have proven skills using this medium of communication. Working within the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales leads. This role is being offered on a temporary basis.

Temporary Outbound Caller Responsibilities
As the Temporary Outbound caller your duties will include:
- Qualifying new sales leads
- Outbound calling
- Maintaining accurate customer information
- Accurate note taking of all communication on internal systems
- Meeting the organisation’s KPI’s
- General administrative tasks
Temporary Outbound Caller Requirements
You will have previous experience within a similar telesales role, and your CV will demonstrate phone-based customer service, in an office-based environment.
As this role is mainly focused on telephone-based duties, you will have excellent communication skills and a polite, friendly manner.
This temporary position requires someone to hit the ground running, so you should have a positive mindset and be willing to help out in a busy team. Competence in Microsoft Office is required.
This role will require weekend working, please only apply if you are available to work at the weekends.
