Customer Service Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, customer-orientated, team player to join this forward-thinking growing company as a Customer Service Advisor. The team is expanding rapidly, and this is a great position for you to build on your existing Customer Service skills. You will be providing customer support to internal and external customers and act as the first point of contact for all clients.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities

Some of your main duties as the Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Negotiating payments and/or arrangements
  • Deliver a solution-focused and proactive service to all customers
  • Record all data correctly to ensure a seamless experience for customers

Due to the nature of this position, you will be working on shifts. Your shift hours will be as follows: Week 1 – 9am to 5pm, Week 2 – 12pm to 8am and also, one weekend in 4.

Customer Service Advisor Experience

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in a dedicated Customer Service role, excellent communication skills and be a proactive, enthusiastic team player. You will have strong attention to detail, good negotiation skills and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must enjoy going above and beyond for clients.
