We have a unique and exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be joining this extremely successful organisation for an initial 12-month period and will be the first point of customer enquiries and training staff members.
Customer Support Manager Responsibilities
As the Customer Support Manager, your main duties will include:
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Ensuring customer issues are handled promptly
- Mentoring and leading a small team of Customer Service Advisors
- Assisting in the selection, recruitment and training of new team members
- Supporting with operational, product or marketing projects
Customer Support Manager Experience
It is vital that you are able to deal with all enquires in a professional manner and can remain calm under pressure. If you have previous experience of managing a small this team this will be beneficial. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to confidently liaise with colleagues at all levels will be the key to success in this position.
