Do you have extensive administration experience and some experience with bids? If so, we have an opportunity to join an expanding consultancy business based in Oxford. You will be supporting bids through the full bid process and will be managing project data.
This is a fast-paced varied position and you must be well organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
Bid Officer Responsibilities
As the Bid Officer, some of your main duties will include:
- Providing dedicated administration support for several projects
- Developing and managing a bid timetable
- Working closely with project managers during proposal bidding process
Bid Officer Experience
It is essential that you have previous administration experience and are well organised. You must be confident working to tight deadlines and able to remain calm when under pressure. You will be numerically confident and a good user of MS Office, particularly Excel. A high attention to detail, strong communication skills and proof-reading ability will be the key to success in this position.
