Customer Service Associate
Are you an experienced bilingual Customer Service Associate looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy liaising with clients and finding problems to solutions? We have a fantastic opportunity for a German speaker to join a highly regarded organisation based in Abingdon for a period of 9 months. You will be handling customer enquiries and processing orders.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Associate some of your key duties will include:
- Providing high level customer service
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Processing customer orders
- Managing customer relationships
Customer Service Associate Experience
As you will be liaising with oversees clients, it is essential that you can speak and write French to business level and have previous customer service experience. You will be well organised and able to work to tight deadlines. Strong IT skills and an ability to pick things up quickly will be the key to the success in this role. It is vital that you have high attention to detail and can remain calm when under pressure.
