HR Admin 1year FTC
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join this great consultancy organisation based in Oxford. Joining a HR team of 12, you will be ensuring the effective delivery of HR activities and providing dedicated, first-class administrative support to the HR team. This will include supporting the employee lifecycle, responding to HR queries and assisting with recruitment activities.
HR Admin 1 year FTC Responsibilities
As the HR Admin your main duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating the HR information system
- Supporting the HR team with reports, employee contracts and letters
- Maintaining and updating the payroll log for staff
- Delivering monthly HR reports
- Responding to general HR queries
HR Admin 1 year FTC Experience
To be successful in this position you must have proven administrative experience and able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. Being well organised and accurate with a high attention to detail will be essential in this role. You will have an interest in HR and some knowledge of HR information systems and payroll would be beneficial but are by no means essential. More importantly will be your ability to use your initiative and work to a fast pace.
