Temp-Contract Office Manager
Our client is looking for a dedicated Office Manager, to provide efficient and effective support with day-to-day administration such as preparing reports and processing invoices. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly, ordering supplies, managing health and safety and liaising with external contractors where required.

As the Office Manager some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Office management
- Producing and proofing documents
- Preparing a monthly report
- Processing invoices in a timely manner
Temp-Contract Office Manager Experience
As the Office Manager you will have previous dedicated administrative experience and be well organised. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will be key in this role. You will be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively and a proficient user in Microsoft Office.
