Temporary Office Manager/Operations Manager
We are seeking a solutions-focussed self-starter to join this innovative start-up organisation as their Office Manager/Operations Manager, on a temporary basis.
You will be integral to the business as you will be helping to build a framework which will enable them to grow and develop. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days will be the same. You will be offering Executive administrative support as well as turning your hand to some HR/Recruitment, Finance and Operational activities.

Temporary Office Manager/Operations Manager Responsibilities
As the Temporary Office Manager/Operations Manager some of your main duties will include:
- Managing payment runs and coordinating the payroll process
- Working with external suppliers and contacts
- Coordinating the recruitment process
- Being the main point of contact for office enquiries
- Being the health and safety lead
- Minuting board and management meetings
Temporary Office Manager/Operations Manager Experience
It is essential that you have previous administrative experience in either an Office Management or Operations capacity. You will not be afraid to get stuck in and you must be solutions focussed. Being comfortable implementing and rolling new processes about the business will be essential, a willingness to get stuck in and happy with a changing environment are all key to success in this role.
It is also essential that you have previously used the accounting software Xero.

Holiday pay is offered alongside the competitive hourly rate.
