Temporary French Speaking Administrator (Payroll) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary candidate join a global leader based in North Oxfordshire for a few months. The key to this role is the ability to write and speak to a professional / business level in French. This is a hybrid role to provide administrative support to the HR & Payroll team. Previous experience of HR and/ or payroll duties would be a huge advantage. In addition, any knowledge or experience of French payroll or French labour laws would allow you to stand out as an ideal candidate. Temporary French Speaking Administrator (Payroll) Responsibilities - Benefit and pension administration - Liaison with payroll provider - Manage correspondence and contracts for stakeholders - Maintain employee files - General administrative support Temporary French Speaking Administrator (Payroll) Experience It is absolutely essential that you are fluent in French or at least are confident to a professional / business level. This is the basis of your role, so those without advanced French abilities cannot be considered. Your CV will demonstrate crucial organisational and time management skills, alongside the ability to take ownership of admin duties. You will be a strong Administrator / Coordinator or similar, and must have worked in a commercial office based environment. Any knowledge of experience of HR practices or Payroll preparation / execution would be a huge advantage.
