Executive Assistant
A fantastic and unique opportunity has arisen for you to join a well-established, beautifully located organisation in rural Northamptonshire. Reporting to a brand-new Estate Director, you will work in a collaborative fashion to ensure a smooth running of the Estate’s office.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
As the EA your main duties will include:
- Complex diary management
- Meeting arrangements including preparation of materials and taking actions
- Assisting with property/estate management queries
- General administration
- Offering occasional support to the wider team as and when required
Executive Assistant Experience
It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in an EA/PA role. If you have had experience working in both a business and private capacity this would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
If you have experience of managing property and estates, or within a property company this is preferred.
Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to pick up bespoke systems quickly.
It is essential that you have a flexible, collaborative and adaptable approach.
