Scheduling Administrator
We have a very exciting and rare opportunity to join one of Oxfordshire’s fastest growing companies as a Scheduling Administrator. Working in part of a small and collaborative team, you will be responsible for ensuring that employees across the business can meet essential project requirements by providing above and beyond administrative support. This is a fast-paced role in which no one day will be the same.
This is a truly exciting role in a fantastic organisation in South Oxfordshire. Due to the remote location, you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
Scheduling Administrator Responsibilities
As the Scheduling Administrator your duties will include:
- Updating project trackers and the internal Salesforce database
- Coordinate departmental meetings and events
- Assisting with compliance and right to work checks
- Create and deliver departmental reports and forecasts
Scheduling Administrator Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable office administration experience, ideally within an SME environment. You will have strong communication skills, self-motivation and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will be flexible and adaptable when needed and be able to work well within a team. It’s key that you are proactive and have the eagerness to progress and develop within the organisation.
