Administration Assistant Responsibilities
As the Administrative Assistant some of your main duties will include:
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Monthly bookkeeping and preparing invoices
- Processing order confirmations
- Dealing with enquiries
- Greeting visitors
Administration Assistant Experience
It is essential that you have previous administration experience and happy to get stuck into all aspects of the business. You will be well organised and have a proactive approach to work. A willingness to learn and excellent communication skills will be key. If you have any previous experience of working with accounting software this would be advantageous but is not essential.
