Administrator Responsibilities

As the Administrator some of your main duties will include:

  • Formulating information packs
  • Sending out important client paperwork
  • Reception duties
  • Maintaining the office supplies

Administrator Experience

As the Administrator you will be able to multi-task efficiently and have excellent attention to detail. Due to the nature of the role, communication with a wide range of people is key, so experience in being able to liaise with both internal and external parties professionally would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work in a varied environment. The company do not require you to have experience with property, although knowledge and skills in customer service and sales would be desirable; you will be the face of the company dealing with a variety of queries in person, on the phone or via email, so being able to handle matters confidently is important.
