As the Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for enquiries
- Procuring materials for projects
- Processing and filing invoices
- Maintaining stock levels
- Managing budgets and expenses
To be successful in this Administration role you will have experience of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be well organised as you will be supporting multiple projects at any one time. Excellent time-management and communication skills will be essential in this varied position. High attention to detail is key and any prior experience of finance administration will be beneficial. Good Excel skills and familiarity with Xero are desirable but are by no means essential.
