We have a great opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a fantastic company in Oxford. You will be supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties and providing reporting information in a timely manner.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Administrator your main duties will include:
- Managing supplier quotes
- Managing purchase orders
- Creating and managing contracts
- Dealing with queries
- Liaising with new clients to build relationships
Customer Service Administrator Experience
You will be a confident communicator at all levels and be well organised in your approach. It is essential that you have previous administrative experience in a busy office environment and can prioritise your workload effectively. Excellent attention to detail will be key in this busy role. It is vital that you have excellent customer service skills.
