In this great administrative role, you will be supporting senior members of staff to ensure the fulfilment of contracts. You will be supporting team members through the tender process and provide advice on other processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your administrative experience in a varied and challenging role. You will be joining them for a period of six months.
As the Administrator your main duties will include:
- Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external parties
- Tracking projects
- Distributing any potential opportunities to the appropriate parties
- Collate performance data to spreadsheets and reports
