As the Business Services Executive some of your main duties will include:
- Striving to exceed expectation or service
- Developing delivery plans and ensuring these plans are on target
- Inbox and schedule management
- Coordinating feedback reports
Business Services Executive Experience
You will be confident managing multiple complex diaries and building customer relations. You will be detail orientated and able to work to tight deadlines so a well organised approach is essential. If you have any Salesforce/CRM experience this would be beneficial but not essential. Being able to remain calm under pressure and effectively communicate on all levels will be vital to success in this role. A background in a similar position would be desirable but most importantly you will have a pro-active and collaborative approach.
