Client Services Executive Responsibilities
As the Client Services Executive some of your main duties will include:
- Taking ownership for all customer enquiries
- Liaising with other team members to resolve technical issues
- Trying to upsell other products or services
Client Services Executive Experience
As the Client Services Executive it is essential that you have excellent communication skills on all levels and have previous experience of high level customer service. If you have previous training experience this would be beneficial. You must be well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload effectively.
Client Services Executive Reward
As Client Services Executive you will receive 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays and a contributory pension scheme.
Based just outside Oxfordshire, SN7, there is parking onsite.
