Courses Administrator Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing all documentation and procedures
• Performance monitoring and appraisals of the Admin team as required
• Assisting with all administrative functions
• Liaising with various managers across the business
Courses Administrator Experience
You will be highly organised with first-rate time-management and prioritisation skills. You will be confident in taking on a busy workload and ensuring that tasks are completed in accordance with tight timeframes. Previous experience within a similar administration role is highly desirable. However, you will most importantly be able to get on well with others. Attention to detail is essential and therefore you must be able to consistently produce accurate work, even when you are under pressure.
A strong understanding of dealing with confidential issues will allow you to handle the diplomacy of this position with sensitivity.
